Shipping Policy
Shipping and Delivery Policy (Updated 9/18/24)
- Shipping is available within the US only.
- Shipping rates vary based on the items in your cart, shipping speed, and the destination. We offer domestic shipping via USPS and UPS, standard, and expedited shipping options.
- Free shipping is offered on online purchases of over $550.
- Orders are processes within 2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
- US standard shipping (3-7 business days)*
- US expedited (2-5 business days)*
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
- Before finalizing any order, please double-check the shipping address as we are not liable for any orders shipped to the incorrect address.
- Kelly's Boutique and Design is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your item has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
- *Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories will incur additional shipping time and charges.
Items can be purchased online and picked up in-store during posted business hours. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing your order prior to picking up. You will receive an email with a confirmation that your order is ready for pick up.
Cancellations
