Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

Please read our return policy carefully as our terms have recently changed.

  • Items purchased online but picked up in-store are eligible for exchanges at the time of pick up. No returns, refunds or exchanges allowed after the dress has left the store and/or has been altered or soiled.
  • All items purchased online are final sale
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns. Please refer to the Size Chart Guidelines to avoid sizing mistakes
  • Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturer defects or incorrect item and must be pre-approved by contacting customer service at Kellysboutiquendesign@gmail.com
  • ALL REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT. SHIPPING FEES ARE EXCLUDED FROM CREDIT.

     

    In case of manufacturer defect or incorrect item, please follow the following steps for a return: 

    • Email Kellysboutiquendesign@gmail.com
    • Include the order number in the subject box.
    • Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery day.
    • Items must be unworn, free of stains and fragrance. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.
    • Once approved, please ship items back to the correct address. Once we received the items and it's cleared for acceptance, we will send your store credit via email.
    • Client is responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to the seller or retailer.
